A hand-crafted Tic-Tac-Toe in a living world, with ambient music, and a friendly CPU opponent — built in a single day, played in a browser.
A lovingly hand-crafted Tic-Tac-Toe built in a single day by One Day Games.
The board is carved wood. The sky is alive. Birds perch on the title. Squirrels hunt for acorns in the hills. The sun pulses. Flowers sway in the wind. A soft, dreamy soundtrack plays — generative ambient music that feels like a warm July afternoon that never quite ends.
Then you play Tic-Tac-Toe against a CPU that keeps things fun — challenging enough to stay interesting, friendly enough for young players to win.
The Night Shift update lets the same little world move from day to moonlight: lanterns, wisps, glowing flowers, cozy house light, and occasional shooting stars arrive without changing the game rules.
Made in a day. Played in minutes. Come back for one more round.

When CJ Connoy was a kid, his dad took him to see the Apple II+ at the Apple store. The salesman asked if he liked video games. He said yes.
The salesman said: "With this computer, you can make your own games. All by yourself."
He never forgot that. He also never learned to code. That was 1981.
45 years later, One Day Games is building browser games around that same promise: small, personal games anyone can play instantly.
